Enshrouded to launch version 1.0 on PC and PS5

Keen Games has announced that the survival action RPG Enshrouded will officially release version 1.0 on October 15, 2026. The launch is confirmed for PC and PlayStation 5, though an Xbox version was not mentioned in the current announcement.

Alongside the release date, the developer revealed the ‘Funkenwerk’ system, an expansion for adventure sharing. This system allows players to create interactive adventures, including custom mini-games, dungeons, and challenges. Using tools such as switch boxes, triggers, and logic systems, players can design complex interactive environments where actions like pulling a lever or stepping on a pressure plate trigger specific events, such as spawning enemies or opening secret passages.
