Ente Forma concludes sales service training in Chiavari

Students at Ente Forma in Chiavari have completed a professional training program for sales service operators. The course, which began in December 2025 as part of an anti-dispersion initiative funded by Alfa Liguria’s dual system, combined theoretical classroom lessons with practical internships in local businesses, such as supermarkets.

The curriculum focused on communication techniques, customer relationship management, commercial space setup, and warehouse organization. Participants successfully passed their final exams, gaining qualifications intended to meet the specific needs of the local retail and commerce sectors.
