Ente Nazionale Risi joins 58th Isola della Scala Rice Fair

The Ente Nazionale Risi is participating in the 58th edition of the Isola della Scala Rice Fair in Verona, an event dedicated to rice and its gastronomic culture.

As part of the exhibition, the organization has introduced ‘Risonanze’, an immersive hall designed to showcase Italian rice cultivation landscapes through sound and imagery. Additionally, visitors can access six virtual reality stations using high-tech headsets. These stations allow attendees to experience the rice production process from various perspectives, including scientific research, water management, processing, and packaging.
