ENTEL and UMSA establish strategic alliance for digital literacy

ENTEL and the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA) have signed a strategic alliance to promote digital literacy, internet security, research, innovation, and technological development in Bolivia.

The partnership aims to combine UMSA’s academic and scientific expertise with ENTEL’s technological capabilities. Key focus areas include providing students with the skills to use technology safely and productively, promoting digital citizenship, protecting personal data, and preventing online risks. The alliance also seeks to foster spaces for knowledge exchange among professionals, researchers, and students to support the country's digital transformation.
