ENTEL supports female talent through Game Changers Coalition

ENTEL is supporting the Game Changers Coalition, a program designed to promote gender equality and increase female participation in the technology sector. The initiative aims to reduce the gender gap in STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) by fostering digital skills, creativity, and leadership among girls and adolescents.

In coordination with AGETIC, UNICEF, the Office of the First Lady, the Higher University of San Andrés (UMSA), and CAINCO, the coalition is providing 2,000 scholarships for young women to learn video game development. The goal is to enable them to enter the technology industry and become active participants in digital transformation.
