Enter Air flight delayed 14 hours after bird strike in Tunisia
An Enter Air flight carrying Polish tourists experienced a significant delay after a bird strike occurred during landing at Enfidha Airport in Tunisia. While the aircraft landed safely, the collision caused damage that prevented the scheduled return flight to Wrocław.
The incident necessitated technical inspections and repairs. Because the damage required specific replacement parts, the airline had to arrange for the delivery of components to Tunisia. As a result, the flight, originally scheduled to depart at 7:35 local time, was delayed by approximately 14 hours, with passengers eventually arriving in Poland after midnight.
