Enter and Fasset achieve unicorn status through new funding

Two fintech companies have achieved unicorn status through significant new funding rounds.

Brazilian startup Enter, which specializes in AI tools for legal processes, reached a market valuation of US$ 1.2 billion in May. The company raised over US$ 100 million in a round involving Sequoia and Founders Fund. Enter’s technology assists with legal tasks such as jurisprudence analysis, fraud detection, and document drafting, utilizing AI agents to process files before human review.

Digital banking platform Fasset has also crossed the US$ 1 billion valuation threshold following a US$ 68 million funding round led by Japan’s SBI Group. Based in Los Angeles, Fasset utilizes stablecoins for settlement infrastructure and processes over US$ 40 billion in annualized transaction volume across 125 countries. The company reported a sixfold increase in annual revenue and has maintained profitability for 12 consecutive months.
