Enterprise digital transformation depends on integration, says SAP Business Technology Platform

In the SAP ecosystem, large firms face complex legacy environments and pressure for efficiency, innovation and data‑driven decisions. The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is positioned to address these challenges by providing integration, automation, extension and AI‑enabled application development, aligned with the “Clean Core” approach that keeps ERP stable while enabling continuous innovation. While 88 % of organizations now use AI in at least one business function, only about one‑third have succeeded in scaling AI programs enterprise‑wide, highlighting the need for organized, standardized, trustworthy data as a foundation for impact.
