Enterprise Marketers Accelerate AI Purchases and Deploy Digital Humans

AI tools have moved from experimentation to core operations for marketing executives. A new report from Open Future Forum shows that chief marketing officers, together with CEOs, CFOs and legal teams, are now buying enterprise AI platforms and measuring their return on investment. The report benchmarks which AI solutions are being adopted and how performance is tracked.

Separately, businesses in fintech and e‑commerce are integrating real‑time AI‑generated digital humans that combine natural‑language understanding, voice synthesis and facial animation to provide visual, on‑demand customer support. These avatars aim to improve trust, personalize guidance and lower operational costs while complementing human agents.

A Semrush study of 126 million AI prompts revealed that brands gain visibility when they provide clear, consistent citations that AI chatbots can reference. The research identified four pillars for AI optimization and highlighted that third‑party platforms such as Wikipedia, Reddit and review sites now serve as primary signals for brand authority in AI‑driven search.
