Major entertainment promotions are arriving in Latin America during August 2026. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is launching ‘Locura Warner’, a digital rental promotion running from August 20 to September 3, 2026. The sale features titles such as ‘Superman (2025)’, ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King’, and ‘Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire’. Pricing varies by region: starting at 20 Mexican pesos in Mexico, 4,900 Colombian pesos in Colombia, 990 Chilean pesos in Chile, and 0.99 USD for the rest of Latin America. Participating platforms include Apple TV, Prime Video, Google, izzi, Mercado Play, and Claro Video.

Simultaneously, the cinema chain Cinemex is hosting ‘Cinemex Manía 2026’ from August 24 to August 27. During this four-day period, movie tickets will be available for 35 pesos. The discount applies to 2D, 3D, and Dolby Atmos formats in Traditional and Premium concepts, though it excludes IMAX, 4D, and Platino formats.
