Recent trends in the entertainment industry highlight a growing interest in both streaming content and theatrical re-releases. On Netflix, the Indian suspense film ‘Gandhari’ has gained popularity. Directed by Devashish Makhija, the story follows Bani, played by Taapsee Pannu, a mother who embarks on a dangerous journey of survival and vengeance in the fictional city of Joypurra after her daughter is kidnapped.

In cinemas, Hollywood is increasingly utilizing nostalgia through special re-releases of popular titles. Following previous returns of films like ‘Akira’ and ‘La La Land’, Marvel Studios has announced ‘Avengers: Endgame Encore’. This enhanced version of the 2019 film includes approximately four minutes of additional footage and more vibrant colors, scheduled for release on September 24 to build momentum for the upcoming ‘Avengers: Doctor Doom’.
