Entre Ríos adds 96 new health specialists

Entre Ríos has added 96 new health specialists following the completion of the 2022–2026 Residency Program. The graduation ceremony took place at the Provincial Convention Center in Paraná, attended by provincial health authorities.

Of the graduates, 80 completed their training in public health facilities across various departments, while 16 were trained in private institutions. The new professionals specialize in 17 different disciplines, including Anesthesiology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neonatology, Pediatrics, and Community Mental Health.

Provincial Health Secretary Daniel Valentinuz, representing Minister Daniel Blanzaco, described the training of specialists as a strategic investment for the territory, noting that these professionals understand the specific needs of the local population. Mauro González, Director General of Hospitals, emphasized the significant individual and family effort required to complete the program, while Residency Coordinator Daniela Bello highlighted the importance of gaining public health tools to understand community and social contexts.
