Entre Ríos launches digital health pilot programs

The Ministry of Health of Entre Ríos has launched two digital health pilot programs, Tele-ACV and Tele-Guardia, aimed at strengthening the provincial healthcare system. Developed in collaboration with the World Bank and co-financed by the Spanish Fund for Latin America and the Caribbean (Sflac), the initiative utilizes the Entre Ríos Digital Health System (Sader) to facilitate electronic medical records, digital prescriptions, and professional videoconferencing.

Health Minister Daniel Blanzaco stated that the technology is intended to reduce fragmentation and overcome geographic barriers that prevent patients from accessing specialized care. The implementation follows six months of technical work to identify access barriers across the province.
