Entre Ríos Judiciary launches SIAV module for gender violence victims
The Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Entre Ríos (STJER) has launched Module 2 of the Inter-institutional System for Addressing Violence (SIAV). Presented at the Paraná Courts, this new tool centralizes information regarding accommodation resources for women experiencing gender-based violence.
The system is designed to optimize coordination between state agencies—including justice, health, security, and assistance sectors—to provide comprehensive and timely responses. By utilizing a shared web platform, the SIAV organizes information through a single file for each victim, reducing the fragmentation of state interventions and standardizing the reporting process.
During the launch, STJER President Germán Carlomagno and various judicial officials emphasized that ensuring access to justice for vulnerable populations is a legal and constitutional mandate. The initiative builds upon decades of judicial efforts in the province to combat gender violence through specialized centers and protocols.
