Entre Ríos launches training for new single paper ballot system

The government of Entre Ríos is initiating a province-wide training cycle regarding the implementation of the Single Paper Ballot (Boleta Única Papel, or BUP) system. This initiative aims to prepare citizens for the 2027 provincial elections by ensuring they understand how to use the new voting method.

The program will be conducted by technical teams from the Ministry of Government and Labor in collaboration with specialized faculty from the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER). The training will begin with secondary school students in departmental capitals before expanding to teachers, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and the general public through voting simulations and tailored consultations.

Minister of Government and Labor, Manuel Troncoso, emphasized that the implementation requires significant preparation to ensure election quality and to allow citizens to vote with autonomy and security.
