Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng to hold dialogue with youth on entrepreneurship and AI

Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng is scheduled to hold a dialogue with approximately 300 young representatives in Hanoi on October 15, 2026. The program, organized following plans issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, focuses on the theme of promoting the role of Vietnamese youth in entrepreneurship, innovation, economic growth, and job creation.

The dialogue aims to evaluate current policies and laws regarding youth, specifically addressing challenges in employment, startup support, and human resource development. Key discussion points include improving access to labor market information, credit, land, and technology.

Additionally, the session will address how youth can adapt to the digital economy through enhanced training in digital skills, technology, and foreign languages. The government intends to discuss mechanisms to support youth in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation within production and business models.
