Entrepreneurs in Capital receive food handling certificates

In Argentina, 32 entrepreneurs from the Capital have received their food handling certificates. The initiative was organized by the Technical Directorate of the Kitchen for Entrepreneurs, under the Subsecretariat of Social Development of the Municipality of the Capital.

The certificate is valid throughout Argentina and serves as a legal requirement for those working with food. It certifies that workers have undergone training in hygiene, good practices, and risk prevention to ensure food safety for consumers. The program aims to professionalize the food sector and protect community health.
