Entrepreneurs in Gera and Jena share startup experiences

Entrepreneurs from the Gera and Jena regions recently gathered at the Häselburg for a discussion organized by the Thuringian startup agency, Thex. The event focused on sharing experiences regarding the challenges and opportunities of starting a business.

Featured entrepreneurs included Claudia Tittel, co-founder of the Häselburg cultural project, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Other participants included Cynthia Pflug, founder of the IronX Poledance & Fitness studio; Annika Scholler of Café Sweet Note; and Steffi Sonntag, owner of the second-hand boutique Greengera. Sonntag also established the 'Frauen im Business Gera' network to support women in business.

Additionally, Ali Jarjanazi from Jena, who founded the cleaning company JA Reinigung after fleeing Syria, shared his journey of establishing a business in the region.
