Entrepreneurship and local development conferences held in Croatia

Two major professional gatherings focused on entrepreneurship and local governance took place in Croatia. In Zagreb, the eighth 'Entrepreneurial Mindset: The Art of Business' conference was held at the HNK. Keynote speaker Emil Tedeschi, founder and president of Atlantic Group, discussed the importance of maintaining curiosity and a sense of play in business, while emphasizing responsibility toward community and nature.

In Zadar, the 18th Lider Conference '48 Hours' brought together a record 500 participants, including mayors and entrepreneurs. The event focused on fostering cooperation between local self-government units and the business sector. Discussions highlighted the significant impact of European funds, with officials noting that local communities are moving from being mere recipients of funds to active participants in project planning. Additionally, government representatives noted that administrative burden reductions have saved entrepreneurs hundreds of millions of euros since 2018.
