Enugu Governor Peter Mbah unveils 10,000 administration milestones

Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has unveiled a compendium detailing over 10,000 milestones achieved during the first term of his administration. The document, titled ‘A Thousand and One Reasons Why Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah Should be Re-elected as Governor of Enugu State’, was presented at the International Conference Centre in Enugu.

Key achievements recorded in the compendium include the construction and reconstruction of 1,521 kilometres of roads, the development of over 7,000 classrooms, and the establishment of 260 Type-2 Primary Healthcare Centres. Other highlighted projects include the launch of Enugu Air, the New Enugu Smart City initiative, and the revitalization of moribund assets.

Represented by Deputy Governor Ifeanyi Ossai, Mbah stated that the compendium aligns with Executive Order 001, also known as the Citizens Charter, which emphasizes accountability, traceability, and transparency. The Governor noted that the document focuses on disruptive innovation and large-scale infrastructure, though he clarified that the report does not capture every achievement made by the government up to the present date.
