Delibegović, who passed away at the age of 84, was a significant figure in the defense of Tuzla and Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the war, he held various leadership roles within the 5th Operational Group, the 25th Division, and the 2nd Corps of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He previously served as the head of instructional and operational affairs for the Municipal Staff of the Territorial Defense in Tuzla.

The funeral service and prayer will take place at the Džindijska Mosque following Friday prayers, with the burial to follow at the Trnovac or Bukovčići cemetery. Bosnian Presidency Chairman Denis Bećirović and Tuzla officials have issued condolences, noting his contributions to the defense of the nation.
