Environmental service companies receive circular economy and public service awards

CEAMSE has been honored in the Institution category at the 4th Argentina Circular Economy Awards 2026. The recognition highlights the company’s work at the Complejo Ambiental Norte III, where it captures and utilizes biogas generated from waste to produce electricity. This energy is integrated into the grid, serving over 250,000 users. Biogas capture increased from approximately 13,800 m³/h in 2025 to 16,000 m³/h in 2026, with future projections aiming to exceed 30,000 m³/h.

Separately, the cleaning company Servilimpce received a special mention from the National Association of Public Environmental Companies (ANEPMA) via the Manuel Baena Lozano awards. The distinction recognizes the company’s extraordinary efforts and professionalism in providing street cleaning services in Ceuta, particularly following a period of increased waste collection requirements. The award will be presented during the ANEPMA Technical Conference in Barcelona.
