EnviTec Biogas AG expands apprenticeship program to combat skilled labor shortage

EnviTec Biogas AG has launched its new apprenticeship year with seven new trainees at its Lohne and Saerbeck locations. The company is utilizing a multi-day onboarding process at Hof Beverland to foster team spirit and orientation among its new staff.

According to training manager Jan-Carlos Grote-Gartenschläger, the company’s updated training strategy is yielding results, including seven successful graduates this year—a first for the firm. Five of those graduates have already transitioned into permanent employment. The company aims to use these structured programs to combat the ongoing shortage of skilled labor.
