Envol et Macadam Festival begins in Québec

The 29th edition of the Envol et Macadam Festival is scheduled to take place from September 10 to 12 in Québec. The event will feature more than 30 artists from eight different countries, focusing on punk, hardcore, metal, and alternative music.

Performances will be held at the Agora du Port de Québec and various partner venues throughout the city. The lineup includes international acts such as Bad Religion, Hatebreed, Vader, Teenage Bottlerocket, Satanic Surfers, Guttermouth, and A Wilhelm Scream. Local Quebec artists including Despised Icon, Les Goules, Orloge Simard, Mute, and DVTR are also scheduled to perform.

The festivities begin on Thursday, September 10, with a free opening night at the Agora du Port de Québec featuring Penny & The Pits, DVTR, Orloge Simard, and Les Goules. Friday's programming focuses on heavy metal and hardcore, headlined by Hatebreed, Despised Icon, and the Polish death metal band Vader.
