Enzo Iacchetti criticizes Roberto Vannacci and Futuro Nazionale

Comedian Enzo Iacchetti has launched a sharp critique against former general Roberto Vannacci and his political project, Futuro Nazionale. During an appearance on the television program Accordi & Disaccordi, Iacchetti expressed strong disapproval, stating, “I am ashamed of him,” and suggesting that Vannacci’s political platform represents a fifty-year regression in society.

Iacchetti linked the ideologies within the program to historical periods of fascism and Nazism, urging voters to study history to understand the implications of such movements. He further noted that media coverage of the topic inadvertently provides Vannacci with significant propaganda.

In response, Vannacci dismissed the criticism on social media, labeling Iacchetti “a comedian who is not funny” and noting that his political movement is seeing increased support in recent polls.
