Enzo Ventures launches €20M pre-seed fund for Southern European founders
Barcelona-based Enzo Ventures has launched its second pre-seed fund, totaling €20 million, to support entrepreneurs from Southern Europe. The fund aims to invest between €250,000 and €600,000 in B2B technology, AI, and software companies.
Founding partners Edgar Vicente and Iván Fernández Lucas stated that the fund focuses on the “diaspora of entrepreneurs” from Southern European hubs like Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, and Lisbon who establish their companies in global centers such as London, Zurich, Paris, New York, or San Francisco. The firm seeks to support founders who are increasingly technical and global from their inception.
The fund has already begun deploying capital, with its first investment made in the London-based startup Cori Clinical. Additional investments in companies located in Madrid and Zurich are expected to be announced soon. This follows the success of the firm's first €10 million fund, which invested in 28 companies.
