EOZ VR Gloves announced for finger-tracking in VR

EOZ VR has unveiled the ‘EOZ VR Gloves’, a hardware solution designed to capture detailed finger and joint movements for virtual reality environments. The gloves are compatible with VRChat Input 2.0 and SteamVR skeleton input, allowing users to reflect precise hand gestures and finger articulation onto their avatars.

The device utilizes Tundra Trackers mounted on the back of the hands for 6DoF tracking via SteamVR and Lighthouse base stations, eliminating the need for a dedicated wireless dongle. The gloves will be available in three sizes (S, M, and L) and feature a battery life of approximately eight hours with a two-hour charge time via USB-C.

In Japan, IntoFree has announced that pre-orders for the gloves will begin on December 7, 2026, with a domestic price of 49,500 yen. Globally, a ‘Super Early Bird Bundle’ including the ‘Cucumber Controllers’ is expected to be available through the official EOZ VR store in November 2026 for approximately 280 USD.
