EPAM Systems posts Q2 earnings rise and trims 2026 outlook
EPAM Systems reported a second‑quarter 2026 net income of $102.98 million, up from $88.03 million a year earlier, and earnings per share of $1.97 versus $1.56 last year. On an adjusted basis, net income rose to $176.81 million and adjusted earnings per share to $3.38, compared with $156.79 million and $2.77 respectively in the prior year. Revenue increased to $1.41 billion from $1.35 billion, while operating income grew to $152.2 million from $126.48 million.
For the third quarter, EPAM forecasts revenue of $1.410‑$1.425 billion, earnings per share of $2.33‑$2.41 and adjusted earnings per share of $3.38‑$3.46. The company also lowered its full‑year 2026 outlook, projecting revenue growth of 3.2‑4.2% (down from 4.0‑6.5%), earnings per share of $8.22‑$8.38 (down from $8.29‑$8.59) and adjusted earnings per share of $13.08‑$13.24 (down from $12.98‑$13.28). In pre‑market trading, EPAM shares were down about 4.75% at $104.78 on the New York Stock Exchange.
