EPCOT World Showcase sees pavilion changes and new Marvel decor

EPCOT Walt Disney World Mexico Pavilion United Kingdom Pavilion Avengers

Recent changes have been observed at Walt Disney World Resort’s EPCOT theme park. In the Mexico World Showcase Pavilion, a shop specializing in Oaxacan wood-carvings permanently closed on August 31. Following this closure, the nearby Kidcot interactive station, which allowed younger guests to participate in a scavenger hunt, was also dismantled and is currently blocked off by velvet ropes.

Additionally, Marvel-themed decor has appeared in the United Kingdom Pavilion. Inside The Crown & Crest gift shop, several framed crests inspired by The Avengers have been added to the display. These include artwork themed after characters such as Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Thor, and Bruce Banner.
