Žepče hosts 13th Economic Forum on energy and AI

The 13th Economic Forum of the Žepče municipality, titled ‘Economy 3.0 – Energy, Artificial Intelligence, People’, was held in Žepče. Organized by the Žepče Development Agency (RAŽ), the event focused on creating more competitive, resilient, and sustainable economies through expert presentations and panel discussions.

Key topics included local economic transformation, energy independence, renewable energy sources, and energy efficiency. The forum featured over 15 speakers and experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia.

The event emphasized cross-border cooperation, with the Local Development Agency Matica from Knin, Croatia, serving as a partner. A delegation from Knin, led by Deputy Mayor Marko Pehar, participated to highlight how regional collaboration facilitates the exchange of experiences in attracting funds and implementing smart technologies. Additionally, a roundtable discussion was held regarding the sustainability of business incubators, involving representatives from Žepče, Zavidovići, and Knin.
