Epic Games announces Tetris and 99 Nights in the Forest collaborations for Fortnite

Epic Games has announced several collaborations for the upcoming Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, titled ‘Override’, which is scheduled to launch on August 20, 2026.

One confirmed crossover features the classic puzzle game Tetris. A teaser trailer revealed a new Tetris Mythic item that allows players to spawn blocks in the sky to drop onto enemies. While specific cosmetic details remain unconfirmed, the collaboration is expected to include items such as Back Blings, Pickaxes, or Emotes.

Additionally, Fortnite will partner with the Roblox experience ‘99 Nights in the Forest’. A teaser for this collaboration depicts the character Peely being attacked by the Deer from the Roblox game. This partnership marks an unusual crossover between two major gaming platforms. Other announced collaborations for the season include Sonic and Persona 5.
