Epic Games has confirmed that Fortnitemares 2026 is scheduled to launch on October 1, 2026. The annual Halloween-themed event for Fortnite is expected to coincide with Chapter 7 Season 4 Override.

Leaked information and teasers suggest the event will feature Geno as a central villain. New gameplay elements may include the return of the Horde Rush Limited Time Mode (LTM), potentially combined with Override mechanics. Expected bosses include Shogun X, Cerberus, Ultima Carver, and Kado Thorne.

The event is anticipated to introduce themed loot, such as a Pumpkin Launcher, Witch Broom, and Howler Claws. Additionally, rumors regarding collaborations suggest a possible crossover with Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNAF).
