Epic Games Store to offer free horror games in October

Epic Games Store will offer two horror titles, ‘Sker Ritual’ and ‘Home: A Unique Horror Adventure’, for free from October 22 to October 29, 2026. Players who claim these games during the promotional period can keep them permanently in their libraries.

‘Sker Ritual’, a survival shooter from Wales Interactive, features round-based combat against supernatural enemies. It supports solo play or online co-op for up to four players, allowing users to upgrade weapons and utilize special powers. ‘Home: A Unique Horror Adventure’ is a choice-driven mystery where player decisions influence the narrative and various endings.

The promotion is scheduled to begin at 4pm BST on October 22 and conclude at 3pm GMT on October 29. Currently, players can still claim ‘Bad Cheese’ and ‘Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise’ until the new giveaway begins.
