EPR Sul de Minas toll rates to increase in southern Minas Gerais

Toll rates on highways managed by EPR Sul de Minas in southern Minas Gerais will increase by approximately 5% starting Friday, October 9, 2026. The base tariff will rise from R$ 10.10 to R$ 10.60.

The adjustment was authorized by the collegiate board of the Regulatory Agency for Transport of the State of Minas Gerais (Artemig) during the third contractual review of the concession. This new rate will remain valid until October 8, 2027.

The concession covers 454.3 kilometers of roads across 22 municipalities, including stretches of the BR-459, LMG-877, MG-455, and MG-290. The increase affects eight specific toll collection points, including locations in Caldas, Poços de Caldas, Gonçalves, and Monte Sião. Payments can be made via cash, debit, credit, or electronic TAG, with specific electronic payment options available for the MG-459 in Monte Sião.
