Eprc launches first irrigated land sale in 25 de Mayo

The Ente Provincial del Río Colorado (Eprc) has launched the first public land offering for Section II of the Multiple Use System (SAM) in 25 de Mayo. This initiative aims to incorporate new areas into production through pressurized irrigation systems.

The sale is intended for agricultural and forestry projects and is open to both individuals and legal entities. The available land already possesses the necessary civil and hydraulic infrastructure to support immediate development.

Interested parties must submit a work plan including an investment schedule, requested surface area, type of pressurized irrigation to be used, planned productive activities, and execution timelines. Proposals must be submitted by December 4, 2026. Evaluation criteria for pre-adjudication will include the total surface area requested, productive capital investment, the degree of value added to primary production, and the technical and financial capacity of the applicant.
