eprimo named fairest electricity supplier by FOCUS MONEY

The energy provider eprimo has been named the ‘fairest electricity supplier’ by FOCUS MONEY for the 16th consecutive time. The company received a ‘very good’ rating in the ranking, maintaining its position as a long-term winner in the German energy market.

In addition to the ranking, eprimo has introduced a ‘Fairpreis-Versprechen’ (Fair Price Promise). This initiative offers green electricity and gas tariffs at new customer price levels even after the initial contract period has ended. According to Dirk Müller, CCO of eprimo, the goal is to ensure that customer loyalty is rewarded, allowing consumers to receive attractive offers automatically without having to search for new providers.
