eProductivity Software secures SOC 2 Type 2 certification for cloud security controls

eProductivity Software (ePS) has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination covering the period from 6 Nov 2025 to 25 May 2026. An independent, licensed CPA firm evaluated the company’s cloud‑based technology for packaging manufacturers against the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Trust Services Criteria for Security. The audit confirms that the security controls – including role‑based access, multi‑factor authentication, secure software development, controlled change management, continuous logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response, backup and recovery – operated effectively over the assessed timeframe. The result builds on a prior SOC 2 Type 1 audit completed in November 2025.

Chief Information Officer Scott Brown said, “Our customers are trusting us with the systems that run their operations every day. This result tells them that trust is well placed.” The SOC 2 Type 2 report is available to customers and qualified partners upon request, providing independent assurance for governance, risk review, and compliance processes.
