Epsilon Industries expands Tuscaloosa plant, adding 26 jobs
Epsilon Industries broke ground on a 65,000‑square‑foot expansion of its manufacturing facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The project represents a capital investment of more than $15 million and is expected to create 26 new jobs in the region.
The expanded plant will produce large components for air‑conditioning units, heating systems and electrical infrastructure, including chillers, boilers and transformers. The ceremony was attended by U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox, City Councilman Joe Eatmon and company president Chris Wiederick, who highlighted the community’s support since the company’s arrival from Canada in 2022 and the opening of the Tuscaloosa site in 2023.
