EPSO-G group receives international Top Employer certification

The new energy group EPSO-G has received the international ‘Top Employer Lithuania’ certification. This recognition follows the group’s first comprehensive audit of twenty human resources management areas, conducted by experts from the Top Employers Institute using global methodologies.

The audit covered companies managed by the group, including Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, EPSO-G, Litgrid, and Tetas. The group achieved an overall score of 86.86%, closely approaching the global average of 87%. Notably, the group received a 100% rating for its work environment and exceeded 90% in key areas such as employee listening, onboarding, people strategy, and offboarding.

EPSO-G leadership noted that the results confirm the organization's maturity and its ability to act as a competitive employer. The assessment is viewed as a tool for continuous improvement, providing data-driven insights to compare organizational practices against global and sector-specific benchmarks.
