Epson and Canon announce new printer models and services

Epson has announced the launch of a new generation of EcoTank printers, featuring five new models: the EcoTank L1350, L3310, L3350, L3351, and L3352. This updated line offers up to 20% faster printing speeds and a 20% more compact design compared to previous versions. The new models also integrate artificial intelligence through the Epson Smart Panel app, which automatically optimizes images by adjusting contrast, tones, and detail levels.

In a separate development, Canon is promoting its PIXMA printer range to meet academic and domestic needs. The lineup includes compact multifunctional devices like the PIXMA TS3750i and the TS4150i, which features an improved print head for higher productivity. Canon is also offering the PIXMA Print Plan, a subscription service designed to automate ink replenishment and potentially reduce consumable costs by up to 50%.
