Epson expands Home Cinema lineup with new 4K HDR laser projectors
Epson has expanded its Home Cinema lineup with the introduction of three new 4K HDR laser projectors: the LS5000, LS6000, and LS7500. These models utilize Epson’s 3-Chip 3LCD technology and laser-array illumination to provide high-quality imagery for movies, gaming, and sports.
The new models join the existing flagship LS11000 in a complete 4K HDR portfolio. All projectors in the lineup are capable of producing images up to 300 inches. A notable addition is the LS7500, which features a short-throw lens designed for smaller rooms, allowing it to sit approximately 3 feet closer to the projection surface than standard-throw models. The LS7500 offers 3,500 lumens of brightness and a 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
For gamers, the lineup supports high-frame-rate inputs up to 120 Hz via HDMI and includes Auto Low Latency Mode to ensure responsiveness. The projectors also support various cinema frame rates and HDR formats, including HDR10 and HLG.
