Epson's Philippine production site earns RBA Platinum Certification

Epson Precision (Philippines), Inc. (EPPI), a production base for Seiko Epson Corporation, has achieved Platinum Certification in the Validated Assessment Program (VAP) audit conducted by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).

The VAP audit, performed by independent third-party organizations, evaluates compliance with RBA standards regarding labor, health and safety, environment, and ethics. EPPI, which has been operating since 1994 and manufactures printers and liquid crystal projectors, achieved a perfect score of 200 points by resolving all identified issues.

Epson joined the RBA in April 2019 and has previously secured Platinum Certification at several other production sites in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and China.
