EQ Resources expands tungsten holdings; ECR Minerals issues shares to directors
EQ Resources (ASX:EQR) completed a $900,000 cash and share transaction to acquire Aus Critical Minerals and TTTP1, increasing the Mt Carbine Project’s exploration tenure by 45% to 1,136 km². The deal adds a mining lease at Mt White and surface tungsten stockpiles that could feed the Mt Carbine processing plant, supporting the company’s strategy to build a district‑scale tungsten position in Far North Queensland.
ECR Minerals plc (LON:ECR) announced the issuance of 57.7 million new ordinary shares to directors and advisers as part of its remuneration policy. The shares were issued at an average price of 0.211 pence, with additional options granted to a non‑executive director.
