EQI Investimentos acquires TC platform for R$ 3 million

EQI Investimentos has finalized the acquisition of the TC platform from Economatica for a total of R$ 3 million. The deal, which was initially announced in July, includes the platform's technology, source code, registered user base, and digital assets.

Through this transaction, EQI aims to expand its presence in the trading segment by integrating information and execution into a single environment. The acquisition also incorporates the existing client portfolio and the community of local traders associated with the brand. The remaining balance of the purchase will be paid according to a previously established schedule.
