EQUIP AUTO to debut in Abidjan to target West African automotive market

EQUIP AUTO will host its first sub-Saharan African edition, EQUIP AUTO Côte d’Ivoire, at the Parc des Expositions d’Abidjan from November 26 to 28, 2026. The event aims to serve as a strategic gateway to the West African automotive and mobility market, which is characterized by growing vehicle fleets and a push for infrastructure modernization.

The exhibition expects to host approximately 150 exhibitors and brands, attracting 10,000 professional and public visitors across 7,000 square meters of space. The platform is designed to connect regional stakeholders with international manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and technology providers.

With a potential consumer market of over 450 million people across the ECOWAS region, the event targets outreach in countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Benin. Key themes will include sustainable development, transport modernization, and new mobility solutions to support the professionalization of the West African automotive sector.
