Erasure announces 20th album and 2027 tour details

Synthpop duo Erasure has announced details regarding their 20th studio album, titled ‘Radio!! Radio!!’, which is scheduled for release on March 12, 2027. The new album marks a musical shift, incorporating more piano and guitar alongside their traditional electronic sound to explore themes of technological change and the desire for stillness.

In a significant change for the group, co-founder Vince Clarke will no longer participate in live tours. Clarke cited personal reasons for this decision, following the death of his wife, Tracy Hurley Martin, in January 2024. While he will not perform on stage, he remains a member of the duo and will serve as the musical director for upcoming tours, overseeing the production remotely.

Andy Bell will lead the live performances, supported by keyboard technician Howard Rider. The duo has scheduled a ‘Radio!! Radio!! Tour’ for 2027, which includes several dates in Germany, such as a performance in Frankfurt on May 21, 2027.
