Ercole Olivario POP to showcase Italian olives at Villa Borghese

The Vinòforum event in Rome will feature “Ercole Olivario POP” at Villa Borghese from September 7 to 13, 2026. The program includes a dedicated session on September 7 at the Fondazione Evoo School space to showcase Italy’s top table olives.

This session, led by Martina Bacceli, Vice-head of the Ercole Olivario National Competition panel, will offer guided tastings of the 2025 award winners. The initiative aims to promote Italian olive culture and connect consumers with high-quality products by highlighting the sensory characteristics and regional traditions of the winning olives.
