Eric Adams spotted on Citi Bike after 66th birthday celebration

Former New York City Mayor Eric Adams was photographed riding a Citi Bike through Midtown Manhattan on Wednesday morning, appearing exhausted in the same clothing he wore to his 66th birthday celebration the previous night.

Adams celebrated his birthday at Mimi’s Italian Restaurant and Piano Bar on Tuesday, where he was surprised with a cake by businessman John Catsimatidis, public relations executive Todd Shapiro, and sporting goods CEO Mitch Modell. Following the late-night festivities, Adams was seen pedaling near 46th Street and Madison Avenue wearing a white shirt with a red stripe, tan pants, and earbuds.

Responding to the attention on social media, Adams defended his actions, asking, “Don’t you all party all night on your birthday?” He also noted his background in the NYPD when addressing the public interest in the photos.
