Eric Bischoff discusses nWo legacy and Vince McMahon's future

Eric Bischoff has addressed the future of several prominent figures in the professional wrestling industry. During an episode of his podcast ‘83 Weeks’, the former WCW President stated that he has no intention of returning to the wrestling business in a full-time capacity, noting that he is content with his life outside of sports entertainment.

Bischoff also reflected on the legacy of the New World Order (nWo) faction, suggesting that its unique success will never be replicated. He noted the significance of the group to Hulk Hogan’s career, specifically regarding the risk involved in shifting Hogan’s character.

Regarding Vince McMahon, Bischoff expressed skepticism about a return to an influential operational role or a board position at TKO Group. He suggested that while occasional appearances, such as at Hall of Fame ceremonies, remain possible, the public controversies and legal issues surrounding McMahon make a regular television presence or leadership role unlikely due to the risks to the brand.
