Eric Eggert launches WAI A Day accessibility resource project

Eric Eggert, a web accessibility professional, has launched ‘WAI A Day’, a project designed to promote the resources of the W3C’s Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). The initiative uses a script to automatically post a random WAI resource every day at 17:00 Central European Time.

The project is available on Mastodon via the account @WAI_A_Day@yatil.social, with a mirror available on Bluesky. To ensure quality, the automated posts are filtered from the WAI sitemap to exclude translations, outdated news, and specific technical test pages, focusing primarily on English-language resources.
